Adam McLean brings more than 17 years of construction experience to Stair & Steel, with a background in structural and ornamental steel erection, stair installation, maintenance, and complex steel projects across the United States.

 

Beginning his career as an apprentice ironworker and advancing to General Foreman, Adam developed a practical understanding of what crews need to execute demanding work safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

 

His focus includes installation sequencing, material staging, manpower allocation, equipment requirements, and identifying potential challenges before mobilization.

 

He believes quality and efficiency should be built into the installation process from the beginning, giving crews the preparation and direction they need to keep work moving.

 

​Adam’s leadership emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and craftsmanship. He takes pride in developing capable crews, communicating expectations clearly, and helping ironworkers strengthen their skills.

 

His approach combines careful preparation with hands-on experience, supporting sound decisions as jobsite conditions evolve.

 

​Adam's project experience includes CityCenter in Las Vegas, Ford BlueOval City in Tennessee, the Eli Lilly manufacturing facility in Indiana, and Michigan refineries, blast furnaces, automotive facilities, and stadiums.
