Meghan McLean brings a record of building successful business programs, leading teams, and turning opportunity into measurable growth to Stair & Steel. Her experience spans executive leadership, business development, strategic forecasting, and practice management. She combines strategic vision with the persistence and practical execution needed to move through challenges—strengthening the operations and compliance functions that support Stair & Steel’s growth and dependable performance.

A graduate of the University of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree, Meghan began her career in marketing and public relations before moving into broader business leadership. Through agency, in-house, and consulting roles, she developed programs for organizations across professional services and manufacturing, adapting her approach to each company’s goals, markets, and operational needs.

 

Meghan later served as International Director of Marketing and Business Development for an architecture and design firm expanding into Asia. She built its marketing program and led its business development teams during a period in which the firm secured the largest project in its history.

Her career also includes an entrepreneurial chapter driven by her commitment to children with special needs. Working with her husband and a Los Angeles physician, Meghan brought a movement-based developmental program to Las Vegas. She spent several years operating the business, expanding access for families, and pursuing insurance coverage—work that called on her persistence, resourcefulness, and belief in the value of meaningful support.

She later accepted a Partnership at a CPA and accounting firm, Meghan led marketing, business development, and strategic forecasting during record growth exceeding 40% in revenue. She also built its Client Accounting and Advisory Services practice into a profitable operation with its highest revenues to date. Following the firm’s combination with BPM, she became a BPM partner supporting business development.

At Stair & Steel, Meghan leads operations and compliance with a focus on clear processes, accountability, and dependable execution. She recognizes opportunity, builds team commitment, and works persistently through obstacles. Her leadership centers on equipping people to succeed—and turning shared goals into results.
